AN ANTIQUE ENGLISH GEORGE III PERIOD SHAVING OR TOILET MIRROR
circa 1790/1800

A rare English George III period shaving or toilet mirror, being executed in selected faded mahogany, the oval moulded mirror frame being inlaid with black and white chequered decoration, and still retaining the original mirror glass, the mirror supported on a brass frame attached to a turned mahogany central column, this column resting on an oval moulded mahogany and chequered inlaid base.

Height 17in (43cm). Width (of stand) 8 1/4in (21cm). Depth (of stand) 6in (15cm).
